Rocketboards asserts that our customers' personal information is kept safe and is for the sole use of Rocketboards.  We will not sell or otherwise distribute your information to any other entity for any reason.  Personal Information is gathered from our customers at time of checkout for shipping and/or billing purposes only.  At that time, a user may also choose to opt-in to our newsletter.  Newsletter opt-ins are also kept confidential, and will be used only to send our legitimate newsletter to our customers.  We will not sell this information to any other company or individual.

Our newsletter is an opt-in/opt-out newsletter.  Anyone who does not wish to receive our newsletter after haviing opted themselves in, may remove themselves by clicking the working opt-out link which is also included in all newsletters.

We wish to make it clear that we strongly oppose the use of unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), and will not, for any reason, abuse the privacy of our customers.
